1. Write up your entire menu including snacks the day before and then tick it off.
2. Fill 3 bottles of water and take them with you wherever you go. That way you drink your quota for the day
3. Taste and savour each mouthful. Stop when the food is no longer enjoyable

I NEED some and have a few! Post yours here!!
I like Simple and Quick Solutions and have found the following helpful.....I live alone and get away with more than some of you!
Menu:
1) I take stock of what I have on hand, and have made up a menu plan for a month: 6 Breakfast choices/2 lunch/12 dinner.....
(Two lunch, as I do Dinner leftovers or grab 'n go=protein/veg/grain)
2) I'll do a weekly Dinner menu, from my main list.....as this is the problem area I deal with....print it and slide it in a small plastic frame to sit on my kitchen counter. (I'll actually USE it this year!)
The same frames.....ideal! for my exercise chart and now my Boot Camp Phase one Goals!
