Today is starting over day for me..i'm back to 140..i know if i don't stop myself i'll be back up to 220 before i know it..i will throw out all the trigger foods in the house and replace them with good foods..i will keep my food journal on Selfdiet.com,will drink at least 90ozs of water and will workout 6 days a week.. Now it's time to go workout...Lets get moving....

Walk/ran 4 miles today...upper body weights and abs...claories at 613 out of 1500 for today :D

Today i feel a lot better than yesterday..weighed myself this morning and i'm down to 136..i guess staying under 1500 calories really paid off..

WORKOUT

Ran/walked 4 miles..did upper body weights and abs for 35 mins...

Tomorrow and the next day will be a real challenge for me..i really hate the weekends..but nothing will make me go over 1500 calories..i have made that promise to myself..my husband loves to cook..i guess i should be happy i don't have to do it...he always cooks low calorie foods but his portions can be off and i have to make sure he doesn't fix my plate for me..

Did 4 miles today..ran 2 walked 2...calf is feeling a lot better..i'm hoping to be able to run all 4 miles by Tuesday..calories will be 1480 today and i've drank 64ozs of water so far today...

Today is my day off from working out..i have kept my calories in check this weekend..i didn't even have pancakes this morning..i had ceral instead..having a bit of trouble with my water today but i will get down the last 20ozs...

Today i walked 1 mile and ran 3..tomorrow i'm going to try and run the whole 4..i've drank 64 ozs of water today..my weight is still the same..i hoping now that i have started running again i will lose some of this holiday weight..i also did upper body weights today...

Well started my period today so my weight has gone up to 138..but i know it's just water weight and by tomorrow it will be gone..

Ok..i walked 1 mile and ran 3...i'm hoping i can run the whole 4 tomorrow..i don't want to push it and hurt myself again..did lower body weights and abs..
Calories are still the same ..have not decided what to have for lounch yet..water is at 50ozs for the day so far...

Today has been great so far..i got to run the whole four miles for the first time since i pulled my calf muscle on Dec.16

Today i ran 4.50 miles and walked a half mile..weight is still the same..calories so far today..450 out of 1500..water is 50ozs os far today..

Andrea..it has taken me almost 3 years to get where i am now..mostly by working out 6 days a week drinking a lot of water and keeping my calories in check..hope you are having a great day...

Feeling good day..had a great weekend..worked out Saturday..ran 3 miles..lower body weight... Sunday Off...Monday..ran 4 miles..drank all my water and stayed within my calorie range..

Saw your journal online, and decided to stop by. Wow, you're doing great! Are you still going to post your miles on the Run/walk across the us thread? I hope so! You're such an inspiration. I was being a sissy, and only doing eliptical, etc., for a lot of my miles, but now I think of you, and how much you run (and how much you've lost!) and decide to do the treadmil instead. Thanks for the motivation! :D

Is it hard to stick to 1500 cals? I try to keep mine between 1600 and 1900, and I do good most days, but sometimes I wonder if I'm eating too many. The losses come slowly, but I get very hungry if I go under 1600. What would you recommend? Are there any foods you eat to fill you up better?

Anyway, keep up the good work!
