Its Saturday the 12of Feb. Time to weigh-in again with our friends here at DT well I'm happy to report I'm down another 3 and am now 195! Yeah for me I owe it all to the regular exercise and just plain eating healthier. How did everyone else do? I'v got to say that its the exercise that will help and wish you all the best. Shazam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey shazam.. I got your emails finally today. The holder of the laptop took it on a trip and returned yesterday. I'll catch up more by email soon. I am reporting my weighin, now. I lost 1# this week and I am not very proud of that. I spoke to my doctor about the low-carb thing to ask her opinion, and I am going to get a physical next week and begin whole heartedly afterward...exercise..no sodas..losta water..etc. please wish me luck. leighb

I'm here for the Saturday weigh-in. I lost 1LB., and could of done better. I'm off of work this week, and was hoping to have this time to really focus on the weight loss plan. However, I've found it more difficult. My struggle is in the evenings, and I need to find something enjoyable enough to defocus me from those cravings until I again get used to not eating at night. I am exercising 4 times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes each time. I hope to report better results next week.

Hey Debbie, try eating frozen bananas at night Just freeze slices and then eat like ice cream they are great! I know the problem of eating in the evenings are difficult and playing cards or writing or being on the computer can help keep those hands busy, but if you need a snack try fresh fruit.
