I have lost 60lbs since may. I have joined a spa this week I snack constantly I eat a healthy meal 2 sec I may have 3 pretzelsor miniricecakes. I can be as full as a pig but still want to snack. I drink 1/2 gallon of water but the snacking continues. I have 2 kids single parent. So its had but I need to lose 122lbs. I want to lose 35lbs by june. Please give some ideas. I also do a lot of driving during 8am-2pm So my lunch maybe Lrg fry with water. Please help me I'm tired of my all around love handles. my dream is to have a pair of jeans with ahaltertop.mmmmmm

Here's an idea to control your snacking. Peppermint Ice breaker chewing gum. Pop a fresh piece in your mouth when you feel the need to snack. No only with it freshen your breath but peppermint is an appetite supressant. Also if your on the road stop at a subway rather that for a fry. Subway has subs that have 6 fat grams or under (hold the cheese and mayo) and are only 2.49 for 6". Hope this helps. Best of Luck to you! You Can Do It!

Orville Redenbacher makes a low-fat popcorn called Smart-Pop. It's delicious and an entire bag is only 210 calories. Also, frozen fruit, especially grapes really do the trick! Hope this works for you!

Certain foods trigger cravings, especially carbohydrates. Try eating some protein to counteract the cravings.
