Hey folks!! I had a week of working like no other and I must say my success this week comes totally from stress and sweat--not hard work or much discipline. I am now 206. I lost 4# this week!!! Boy was I thrilled. Slow week at work coming up, I guess it's up to me now, huh??? Looking forward to hearin from lots of you... leighb
Well here it is Saturday and the best i could do this week was staying the same, still 195 and holding but with the kind of week I had(lots of eating treats) I am glad I didn't gain! I had to really make sure to exercise and thursday and Friday I cut way back on calories! But still not happy, am glad the candy is gone!!!!! Hope you folks are better

Ps. do any of you think that with the exercie thing (I've faithfully done aerobics 5 times a week for three weeks) that I'm maybe putting some muscle on too? I know i feel firmer.What do you think?

Well here it is Saturday again. I'm not doing so good and I have simply stayed the same this week. I just could'nt get past my other problems and exercise. But I'm not giving up, i will get back on track and with support of my buddy , I will continue to succeed!
