I posted on last weeks date and hope anyone willing to weigh in honestly will reply to either site. I am the same this week at 195 and i fell off the wagon , so to speak, I did not do my exercise and now am just going to have to get back on track. Anyone with suggestions they are greatly appreciated,
Thanks Suzanne

I'm just starting a new diet the carbohydrate addicts diet it is designed to reduce cravings and so far it is for me. I've only been on it 3 days but have 2 pounds gone already. One suggestion in the book is to weigh everyday and average the weight to get a weekly number. If you only weigh in once a week you may have just hit a little weight fluctuation that is no big deal. Don't let the scale rule your life, think about habits that help your health long term. Maybe you need to figure out why you fell off the wagon. Maybe a food triggered you.
Good luck, Patty

hey guys!!! What happened to the people who thought Sat weigh-ins were such a good idea??? I am at the same spot too, so I decided I'd take the 4# that I lost last week and say I lost 2 last and 2 more this week....:-) Can I do that??? :-) This week was a week of kids, kids ,kids and sickness galore. No excuse, but it's mine. Good luck to all. Leighb

P.S. Shazam, please e-mail your attachment photo that you mailed to my home to my work. I really want to see it, but my home laptop doesn't have the same capabilities. Thx. leigh

Sooo guys, I am new here. I am 15, 5'6", and I weigh 166. That kind of, umm, yeah sucks, but I'm working on it. I hope to be down to 130 by July 9. I don't think that that is too awful unreaasonable. I'm officially starting my diet and exersize gig on the first of March, ya know, new month new start, that kind of thing. God Speed to all of you! :) BabyH
