Hi my name is chrissy,
I would love to hear from anyone that can help me keep on my weight loss program.I have over 100 kilos to lose,I've lost 10 kilos so far but find it very hard when I only lose about a kilo a week.I really hate exercising.Does anyone have any ideas that can help me with exercising?I will answer everyone.

Chrissy...park a little farther way...take the stairs...start small. I'm an "EXERCISE HATER" too. We don't have to start out walking miles or doing hours of exercises to get the benefit. Walk around your house for 5 minutes..clean house to rock-n-roll..don't kill yourself...we will do it...small baby steps at a time

I don't like to exercise either but, it sure makes you feel better when you are done. Also, start to find low fat substitutes that taste good. For example: soy cheese, healthy choice meals, weight watchers meals, recipes that are low in calories and fat. Also, I highly reccomend going to weight watcher meetings the support is phenominal. Good Luck
