This thread is for all the boot camp members who are in or soon entering phase 5.

You made it through the first four phases of 14 days for a total of 56 days, 8 weeks, 2 months of healthy living boot camp!

This thread is ONLY for the goals of people who are in or entering into Phase 5. Post you goals here.

Your normal posts will keep going on the thread you have been posting.....
this is just for your goals to be posted on.

Don't forget to print out your certificate for finishing Phase 4 (see the certificate thread).

Sorry, but I am supposed to be starting Phase 5 today and I have been too tired to worry about new goals. I guess I will keep on struggling with my old ones for another two weeks.

My goals for Phase 5:

1. I will continue with Curves at least 3 times a week and I will do a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise on the days I do not go to Curves.

2. I will journal daily.

3. I will eat no less than 4 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit each day. I will also eat at least 2 servings of dairy each day.

4. I will take a multi-vitamin supplement every day. I will also take Curves joint supplement twice a day.

5. I will drink no alcohol before 7 PM or after 9 PM each night. I will drink no more than one drink per day. This rule may be waived one time per week for social occasions.

6. I will listen to my body's satiety signals. I will allow myself to experience true physical hunger at least once each day. I will increase my efforts to eat more reasonable portions.

7. I will drink 1 12 oz glass and 1 32-ounce bottle of plain pure water daily in addition to anything else I drink.

8. I will take a shower every day and I will apply make up foundation every day.

My phase 5 goals are:

limit sugar (no more than 1X per week or 2X per phase)
limit caffine (no more tha 1X per week or 2X per phase)
stay within WW points for the week
drink water (15 cups Mon-Fri; 6 cups at least Sat & Sun)
take vitamins (at least 6 days per week)
limit fried food (no more than 1X per week or 2X per phase)
limit very high fat meat(bacon, sausage etc - no > 1X wk or 2 X per phase)
dairy 2-3X per day at least 6 days per week
eat green vegetables (at least 4X per week)
walk 45 min. at least 5X per week
do exercise tape 5X per week
stretch at least 5X per week
teeth/gumb care
face care (sun screen, moisturize etc)

Hi guys. My Phase 5 goals will stay the same with the exception of increasing my exercise by 30 min/wk. Sue

Not go over a daily average of 1800 calories during a one-week period (I usually 1300-1400 calories/day, this is just in case...)
Drink min. 64 oz fluid daily, 32 of which must be pure water
Exercise a minimum of 180 min/wk (increased 30 min)
Listen to tapes or do stress relieving action daily or as needed
Keep a positive attitude (no more than 5 minutes per day of fears/doubts/depression)
Post daily in boot camp, personal journal, and/or other's journals (PMs/emails included)
Keep my house straightened average 6 days/wk
Do paperwork average 6 days/wk

Yay......I'm here...finally! I will keep my goals simple but not so low I feel lazy!

Goals for Phase 5:
1) Lose 5 pounds: I haven't been doing weight related goals but since it's "health related" I will this round
2) Avoid PM grazing/overeating: I've made great progress and want to make it a habit
3) Exercise: 15-45 minutes 6 days a week plus my walks. I will have one down day for rest and play time
4) Plan menus to get plenty of fruit/veggie servings in~ This helps a LOT!
5) Get 64 or more oz. water in daily~ I just feel better when I get enough!

:D OK...that's enough for now. It will keep me on my toes and out of trouble!

Starting Phase 5

1. exercise 5 times a week
2. drink my 8 glasses of water a day
4. eat 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 2 large one and a couple of snacks
3. do a journal
