My goals for Phase 7:
1. I will continue with Curves at least 3 times a week and I will do a minimum of 25 minutes of exercise on the days I do not go to Curves. This is an increase of 5 minutes on non-Curves days.
2. I will journal daily.
3. I will eat no less than 4 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit each day. I will also eat at least 3 servings of dairy each day. I will be more aware of portion size and begin to make cuts. This increases dairy servings by one to meet the new suggestions by USDA. It also requires me to start monitoring portions.
4. I will take a multi-vitamin supplement every day. I will also take Curves joint supplement twice a day.
5. I will drink no alcohol before 8 PM. I will drink no more than one drink per day. (This rule may be waived one time per week for social occasions). This is one hour later with an open end time frame, compared to between 7 and 9 before. It will help make sure I don’t rush and guzzle something to be sure I am done by 9 but that I will relax and enjoy a glass of wine if I choose to have one.
6. I will study the DASH dietary guidelines. Last phase I studied USDA’s new dietary guidelines.
7. I will drink 2 12 oz glasses and 1 32-ounce bottle of plain pure water daily in addition to anything else I drink.
8. I will take a shower every day and I will apply make up foundation every day.
9. During this phase I will de-clutter my house for at least 15 minutes on at least 5 days of each week-long period. This is an increase of one day per week.

My revised goals for Phase 7:

I'm starting Phase 7 today. I made some modifications to my standard goals to account for "life."
1. Not go over a daily average of 1800 calories during a one-week period
2. Drink min. 64 oz fluid daily, 32 of which must be pure or flavored water (teas, decafinated coffee, carbonated water)
3. Exercise a minimum of 180 min/wk (formal or informal)
4. Listen to tapes or do stress relieving action daily or as needed
5. Keep a positive attitude (no more than 5 minutes per day of fears/doubts/depression)
6. Post 5 days out of 7 in at least one forum (BC, spa, personal or other's journals)
7. Keep my house straightened daily
8. Do paperwork daily
9. Get a minimum of 6 continuous hours sleep per night, make serious attempt to reach for more than 6 hours
10. I am allowed a max of one day off per week without causing a rephase (progress, not perfection).
