Ha ha ... hope you like my journal title soularised :)

Ok ... well most of you that have read my posts will know that I have been "talking a good job" about keeping a journal. I decided yesterday that today would be my start date. Today coincides with my weigh in and my first day of phase 1 of the Healthy Living Boot Camp.

I'm extremely happy this morning, and feeling very motivated for my week ahead. My weigh in confirms that I have lost a total of 4 lbs this week. I was "happily" shocked at the amount I had lost as I hadn't been sticking to my eating plan religiously. I'm looking forward to weigh in next week now, as I've stocked my larder with all those foods that I can eat, and have planned some fantastic meals :)

I think by keeping this journal, and by joining and participating in the Healthy Living Boot Camp will reinstate to me my commitment to me for taking responsibility for me and the choices I make.

I have laid out some firm, but achievable goals for my 14 days in Phase 1 of BC. I've therefore taken my measurements this morning so that I can keep track of any inches that I get rid of. It will be both fun, and of course hard work getting those inches down, but it will work :)

I feel very positive today that I will remain responsible for me :)

Good Morning,

Thank you for letting me know about your starting your Journal and I will read with interest about your progress as you achieve your weight loss goals.

Just remember YOU CAN AND WILL ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS ... BY TAKING IT ONE DAY AT A TIME -- ONE MEAL AT A TIME.

When I started my weight loss journey I had a mantra which I would say and I found it helpful ... I BELIEVE IN MY ABILITY TO SUCCEED AND ACHIEVE MY WEIGHT LOSS GOALS ... imo losing weight IS ONLY AS DIFFICULT AS WE CHOOSE TO MAKE IT ... it's a long journey but it is one THAT CAN AND WILL BE ACHIEVED .

Have and make it a great day. Always, Monica

Congrats and that 4lbs! That's a lot for one week!
I lost 5lbs last week... and I didn't stick that good... but I did work out EVERYDAY.

We just have to believe in ourselves :)

keep it up!
