how many times haven't i said that :D but it is time for me, once again, to do something about my eating and exercising situation! i've had a lack of motivation lately, but i hope this journal is going to help me a little. everything i eat i'm going to put down here, and every minute i exercise as well. starting tomorrow! wish me luck everybody!

I noticed your thread in the SOS forum and thought I'd drop by to see how you're doing. Hope the candy cravings have calmed down, and you don't get called in for too many night shifts. :)

unfortunately "tomorrow" wasn't very good to me. i got the flue! and i didn't even loose my appetite! so here i am, two days later, and still not on a diet. i guess i've been eating mostly foods that are okey, even on a diet. there's one thing i've eaten a lot of though, that's not good at all: ice cream! ice cream feels so good when i've got a sore throat! i don't feel it's the right time to start a diet when my whole body is already acing, so i'm going to give myself one or two more days to get better, and then try to start over.

well.. i'm better and it's time to start my dieting.. i could've eaten better today, but i guess today wasn't too bad. i'm going to try my best to eat healthy tomorrow. i'm also going to try to get some exercise done.

I guess I didn't do very good when it comes to keeping up on this journal-thing. But I did finally loose some weight though! And it feels so good!! I still got some more lbs to go, but I'm proud of myself for what I've accomplished so far. I still need to do better both when it comes to eating right, and when it comes to exercising. This last couple of weeks I've eaten things like chocolate and stuff a little to often. I've also done very little exercising lately. So I guess I need to get back on track!
I just moved to another city, and I left my scale at my parents' house. That helps me to focus more about what I eat and how much I exercise, instead of exactly how many lbs I've lost. And that feels very good actually, and it works too! I lost the last 13lbs doing it that way.
