I am starting my plan over again, starting today. I have less stress in my life right now. I am a stress eater, I know that but I cant seem to control that part yet but I am getting better. I try to turn to better foods which in turn helps some. I gave up soda again because I found it was keeping me from sleeping well, caffeine is not cool when your body isnt use to it. Caffeine isnt cool for your body when you are use to it either so anyway. I already know that this week Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I am going to not eat to well unless I can figure out a way to take my meals with me to the state fair. I know I am going to have a cream puff though. The funny thing is we went to Germanfest this weekend and I had some soda because water bottles are way to expensive, the kids and I shared two huge sodas, most of what they drank. And I had a dumpling with gravey, and part of a funnel cake which looks so good but nothing tasted right. I did towards the end find a fruit stand and bought a huge nectarine and that was only $1 so I bought that and that tasted better then any of the other food, so I know its time to get back into action, I have actually sort of been on my diet of a week now which is part of the reason that food tastes so gross, but I am really starting it today and keeping it going until all this fat is gone, well most of it because our bodies need some fat to survive.

It looks like you are off to a great start on your restarting plan. But a GermanFest and a State Fair so close together, my - the temptations!!

Good luck to you, and take it a day at a time.

Typing this makes me laugh to myself. I know like last time if anyone is reading this, they are thinking boy she eats alot of chicken. But I love chicken and not much other meat. I rarely eat red meat. I have to buy some more pork then I will have a bit more variety.

Dinner today, was pizza, way to much pizza but it was good, it was grilled chicken pizza with tons of chicken, tomatoes, and onions on top. The sauce was a garlic sauce, it was very good. Tomorrow is the fair. It will be fun. It is suppose to be hot but I am hoping not to hot.

FOr the fair, just eat a big healthy breakfast and/or lunch before you go so you don't eat too much carnival food. Then knowing you ate healthy all day and with the walking around you do there will be no reason to go overboard or feel guilty the next day.

Thanks for visiting vulgarian. I made it the two days. I only gained 1.2 lbs so back on track. I drank only one soda and my kids drank most of that. I did eat some junk but it was good and we had a fun two days at the fair as a family so that is what is important. Not only that all we did was walk from 8 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon then we went shopping after the fair so we got lots of walking in. So I am back on track. I only took water to the fair so even the kids only had water and as hot as it was that was better for us anyway. Ok, now to start the day again. I already on a good start this morning.

Yesterdays dinner:
pork loin roast
corn
buttered noodles

Since I do so well with the rest of the meals I have just been taking smaller portions of dinner instead of measuring exacts but I can also eye ball it and tell its about right. And the watermelon well, it was really good, I probably shouldnt have ate so much but it was still good.

I did sneak a treat last night. I had four of the new edys dips. They are awesome but I only took four little pieces.

Hi Small Fry

Just wanted to say I think you're doing well. Keep going and well done for getting back on the horse. I know it's really hard to pick yourself back up, but you did, so BRAVA! YOu really seem to have a love for chicken breast. Why don't you try and vary your plan a little. It might make it easier to stick to. Anyway, keep going! I'm cheering you on!

Thanks Roz. I tried varying it a bit and I fell off. I really only like Chicken as a meat and I dont eat much beef and I get tired of pork quick. Thanks I am trying hard to make sure I go into the losing direction.

Making my way through the days and weeks is getting easier because I am making it easier on myself. If I mess up, I dont trick myself into feeling guilty, I just say ok, try better tomorrow. That has been my problem for so many years, I figured why keep tryiing I am just going to goof, not this time. I have been good about not beating myself up.
