Hi everyone. Sorry I've been gone for so long. I had to do alot of soul searching. I had break through this morning and I had a long cry and a big chat with hubby this morning and I think I have put some thing in the back of my mind and I'm starting fresh today. I will start all my charts new tomorrow and I've been keeping up my walking chart which I will update tomorrow. I've not been doing much walking because I've been working full time for the past two months and I still have at least one more month to go and maybe more but I'm taking a week off just for myself in Oct before I get to busy with Christmas. I think I will need that week off. I'm already looking forward to it and I've already decided to do double the walking each day to catch up on it. I think I'm about 50 miles behind. Anyway. I'm feeling better and I know I've said it before but I'm ready to start looking after myself. I was not sure what I was looking for or even why I was looking but something told me to not give up and keep looking until I find an answer. Even if I do or don't agree with what I have discovered at least I'm at piece with what I have come across so far. Thanks for reading Kimberly2. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE THIS WEEK.

Thanks, Mrs.Me. I'm glad to be back. I was so lost for a while and so busy that I did not know if I was coming or going. Even though things are still busy I'm finding at the moment I've found a bit of time to think a bit more clearly and I think I'm finally on the right track. Hubby took a beginning photo of me tonight. I weighed in at 158 pounds this morning. We have decided to take a photo of me each month on the 15th. I've written in my book what I was wearing so I know which one is my 1st photo and I will record the same with each photo so I don't get them mixed up.Kim

I have my beginning photo too, which is my inspiration photo. I should print it out for the added motivation instead of relying on my poor memory. Once a month is a very good idea for photo updates.
