Hola
Coma esta? It is time for a new journal. I’ve been neglecting my old journal lately. This summer threw me for a loop. Having kids in the house all of the time, the lack of me time got to me.

School started this past week; it is time to start anew. I want to lose 20 pounds by Christmas so I need to get my hinny in gear.

So my goals are simple: to keep my calories between 1200 and 1500. At least 30 minutes of cardio a day and 30 minutes weight training three times a week. Plus at least 4 liters of water a daily. On the 14th I am planning on starting the New Beginnings weight management program again, that is, if it doesn’t get cancelled. That lasts for 10 weeks until November 16.

Hopefully, between the support I receive at New Beginnings and here at Diettalk I can meet this goal of 20 pounds. I am dedicating myself to bettering myself. Monday, September 5 – Labor Day will be my first day. Tomorrow I will post my weight, measurements and a before picture.

Hi

Weight 167.4 lbs -- I’m up 3 pounds since the 1st.
Waist – 33 inches
Hips -- 38.25 inches
Thighs -- 23.25 inches
Upper Arms – 12 inches

There are 118 days left until January 1, 2006. This is going by so fast and I have accomplished many of my goals this year so I need to work hard for the rest of the year.

Today is the first day of my recommitment. Let’s hope I do better than I have been doing lately.

Attached is my before picture.

Hola

Weight 167.4
Monday's calories 1502
Cardio 50.75 minutes
Water 72 oz

As you can see my calories were slightly over and my water is under. Cardio was ok. Today I hope todo better with eating and water.

I'm achy and yucky feeling today. It maybe the weather, the wind is blowing and it is chilly. There is a chance of thunderstorms which is very unusual. It is making my knees and hips hurt.

Today I am plannning on at least 30 minutes of cardio, some weight training. I'm also planning of going to the library and commissary. Depending on time I may color my hair.

Well, it's time to get moving.

Thanks, Jessica:)

Hi Renee! Congrats on the new journal. Sometimes a new journal can work wonders!!

Wow, only 118 days left, eh? Seems like it was just January. I went camping to a family reunion this weekend, and couldn't believe a whole year has gone by since the last reunion. It was strange...

Good luck to you on these last few months of 2005!!! You can do it! :D

Hi

Weight 164.6 lbs
Calories 1435
Exercise 61 minutes
Water 72 oz

Some of the excess weight dropped off overnight. What a relief.

I had planned to go on a long bike ride this morning but it is raining and very windy and chilly. Not good biking conditions. But I’m not going to complain too much about the rain. It is the first rain we have had since March. We needed it. Of course, my hubby isn’t too thrilled because he rode the moped to work. He’s going to get wet.

I still didn’t do wonderful with my water. But I will continue to work on it. I’ve ordered some exercise videos for use this winter. They will be here in a couple of weeks.

Today I don’t have a whole lot planned: laundry, clean house, cross stitch and exercise. And drink massive amounts of water. Not planning on going anywhere, it is a stay at home type of day. May take a nap since I have a horrible headache again. It is sinus or the weather change or both. I have the ac turned off and the windows open, airing out the house.

Thanks, Rikkij. This year has passed by so quick.

Hi

Weight 164.6 lbs
Calories unknown
Water 72 oz
Exercise 49 minutes

I forgot to record my food yesterday; I would estimate that they were around 1600 calories.  Not a stellar day of eating. It rained all morning and part of the afternoon. Something about the rain that makes me want to eat. Not a good thing. But we did need the rain. I did manage to get in a 49 minute walk.

Today the weather is absolutely beautiful. The temperature is pleasant but I’m exhausted and slept until 10:30 after I got the kids off to school.

My mood last night was bordering on being real *****y. Hubby’s ex wife is harassing me via email. They haven’t been married in 17 years and I wasn’t even what broke them up. God, she is such a pain. But after next week, I will put an end to it. She really shouldn’t use her work email to harass me especially since it is a government job.

Anyways, enough of that. Next week I start back to the gym at least 3 days a week. I’m looking forward to it I’m going to use the cardio equipment and take some classes. Hubby will be in the states for 2 weeks and I’m going to use that time to get my program up and running. We always eat healthier when he is away. Maybe I will lose some weight while he is gone.

Well, I need to get some housework done and do a grocery list before I go to a parent teacher conference.

Buenos Dias!!

Gosh, Renee, that sucks about your hubby's ex wife. No, she shouldn't be using her email (work) for personal reasons. In my law class, we read about a woman who got fired for using her work email (she was in a government job too) for personal reasons and she couldn't sue them because she had signed some sort of contract saying her work email wasn't private, and that she couldn't use it for personal reasons. What would she have to harass you about, 17 years later???

Well, congrats on getting in such a stellar walk! Keep it up!

Have a great day! :D

Arfain,

Nice new journal here!

WOW...you are committed...you are doing so well...wait until the gym and your new class starts up...you will reach your goal in no time!...I know you can do it!...My goal was to lose 42lbs this year...at one point I had lost 20...but now...gee...only 7...so...it will be tough to make that goal...ayyyy!

Why is his ex-wife harrassing you?...Is this something she normally does?

Well I hope you get that all figured out...you don't need the extra annoyance since you are back on plan!

Any news from your brother in New Orleans?

Have a great weekend!

Hi

Feeling down. The weight management class was canceled, not enough people. I'm working on coming up with a similar plan on my own. Hubby leaves Tuesday for 15 days, I have to have him at the airport at 6am, it is 45 minutes away. Not excited about that drive.

Ex wife is bugging me because they have a daughter together. Of course, said daughter is an adult now but mommy can't let go. Not to mention she is a mean, blood sucking *****.

rikkij, thanks. I'm sure she signed a agreement along the same lines. All govt employees have the same briefing and sign the same form. But some tend to ignore it.

McMarto, My brother is fine, he is back in Texas. he finishes up his masters this week. :)

Carol, thanks for the visit. Hope you are doing good.

Good morning

Monday
Weight 164.4
Calories 1386
Water 72 oz
Exercise 35 minutes cardio

My weight is slowing working itself down ounce by ounce. I’ve just got to keep the faith.

The weekend wasn’t too bad. I did exercise daily, I drank my water and I was rewarded with no gain over the weekend. What more can I ask for.

Hubby left this morning at 530. I’ve been up since 430. Got about 4 hours sleep last night and I’m exhausted. I’m going to take a nap as soon as the kids leave for school. I was afraid to go back to sleep after he left. Might not have woke in time to get the kids off to school. My plans for today are: take a nap, exercise, exercise and more exercise, post office, video store, clean house. I’m sure there is more that I need to do but I’m too tired…need sleep.

Plan since class was canceled: 10 weeks, 1200-1500 calories a day, at least 45 minutes exercise daily and I will reread my book to review and reinforce my knowledge. I started drinking green tea again yesterday. Yesterday was day 1. I did my 1 mile walk to see where I am now and will redo it in 10 weeks.

Jessica, thanks. I hope my plan is successful. I'm tired of dealing with this, just want to lose the weight.

McMarto, thanks. My hubby's is wired to be mean. She is just evil.

Hi

Weight 163.2 lb since it has been there since friday I guess that is my official weigh in. I'm happy with it.
My calories have been on the low side this week. Not real hungry. I came up with a wonderful workout schedule thanks to MWR. Mondays and Wednesday - Water Aerobics, Tuesdays and Thursdays - Group Weight Training. I went to my first group weight training class yesterday. I enjoyed it. I felt like I was dieing the first couple of minutes then it got better. It was a good workout. Plus I'm continuing my walks/runs in the evenings. I'm hoping this week I will also have a loss.

I can feel fall in the air when I walk at night. There is a chill and I saw the harvest moon. That was cool. It has been pleasant during the days and I have turned the ac off and have the windows open. Been working on housework, I would like the house to be very clean so I only have to do daily touch ups. But with kids I can't see that happening.

I need to get some work done around the house.

Mcmarto , thanks, hope you are having a great week.
Renee:)

Hi Renee. I don't know if I've ever seen a harvest moon. Or if I have, I haven't known what it was! I have also never done water aerobics. Do you like it? It sounds cool, but we don't have a pool here. Just an outdoor kiddie pool that is closed. I am hoping that we can find a good indoor pool in Iowa when we move.

Fantastic news about the weigh-in. I am crossing my fingers for a loss for you this week as well! Keep up the good work! You are putting me to shame in the challenge, and with all the miles you walk (I am doing a similar challenge in the walking forum). Anyway, have a great day! :)

Hi

Weight 162

We will see how long it stays that way. Last week was not a wonderful week. I did work out at the gym 4 times. I did walk every night plus did a 3rd weight workout. But my eating got sloppy. I was depressed and lonely feeling and that makes me eat. I'm feeling better now but am tired. I missed my water aerobics class on monday and again today. I did go to the weight training class. I'm ready to ground my daughter for life. She has copped an attitude and not doing her homework. More stress. I know some of it is her age - she will be 13 in a couple of weeks. I know some of it is hormonal. But I'm going to knock her out. My son has had a shocked look on his face a couple of times lately because of her. He looks at her and is like man you're lucky Dad isn't here. But I can be thankful that she isn't the one that caught the school microwave on fire, my son's friend did that. And she hasn't been kicked out of any of her classes. My son's friend was also kicked out of host nation class - everytime the teacher tried to teach, the girl would start laughing at her. And act up the whole class. Boy, was her Mother mad!

Hubby comes home today but unfortunately, he may have to leave again in a couple of weeks. he is not happy about that. I'm not happy about that. It is hell on my budget when he travels.

Today I've cleaned the whole house from top to bottom. I'm getting ready to sweep up the patio so it will be semi clean when he gets home since he is anal about pine needles. Of course, as soon as I sweep them up more come down. An endless battle.

McMarto, thanks for the visit. Glad school is going good. I wish I was going to Vegas.

Have a great day.

Gosh, Renee, I can't believe how well you are holding up with all of that S-T-R-E-S-S!!! I would seriously have to kill my daughter (if I had one) if she was pulling that crap on me. My brother acted up a lot when my dad was away for a few months working a new job. My mom was preg at the time, and my brother was a BRAT! Kids can act all strange when one parent is away. Luckily, the new job worked out, and we all moved, and he was straightened out. (He was about 11-12 too)

Well, I hope you enjoy some time with your hubby, and I hope that he doesn't have to leave again! Where will he be going?

Congrats to you on doing so awesome in the challenge. I am proud of you! :cheer:

Have a great day.

Hi

Hubby made it in ok. They lost his luggage briefly - ok for 9 hours. They called us at 11pm to tell us that they had found it. He was not pleased. He had to drive to the airport to pick it up this morning before going to work. they won't deliver to people on base.

Eating is strange. Not real hungry, just every once in a while I'm starving.

Last night I set up wireless internet so the all the computers in the house could have it. Did fine until I got to my son's. Nothing I did would get it to work. So one of the neighbors is coming over to help tonight. It is probably the computer. It is ancient. It's my son's.

Went to group weight training today. I thought I was going to die during calfs. They were on fire. But I enjoyed it and felt great afterwards.

Rikkij, Thanks! Kids do act strange when one parent is away for an extended period. Last night my daughter and hubby had a long talk and she cried on his shoulder. So maybe things will get back to normal. I can only hope so. If he has to leave again, it will be a shorter trip back to the states.

Have a wonderful day.

Hi

Saturday I did my monthly weigh in and measurements and I was pleasantly surprised.

..........................................09/05....................10/01.......difference
Weight.................................167.4....................162.6.......-4.8
Waist...................................33 in.....................31.5 .......-1.5
Hips.....................................38.25....................38.5........+.5
thighs..................................23.25....................23.5........+.5
Upper arms...........................12........................12.5.........+.5

Ok, so I've posted my updated measurements. Yes, there is a loss in some plus a gain in others. They cancel each other out but I'm not worried. Everything will go down in time. This is just the start. What I haven't posted is the 2 inch loss around the belly button area!

My plans for this month is to lose between 6 and 8 pounds. We are going to the Navy Ball on Nov 4 and I've got to lose a few pounds before any of my dresses will look good on me. So I'm going to push myself this month.

So far this week I've been to the gym twice. I did 1 hour of water aerobics yesterday and 1 hour of weight training today. Plus I've done my regular walks. The class today was hard and I can barely lift my arms right now. But it does feel good.l I can feel those muscles toning up.

Tomorrow I'm doing water aerobics again. I've been waiting on the repairman to come and fix my dish washer - the dishes come out dirtier than when they go in. I'm tired of waiting and not doing what I have planned so tomorrow I'm going also for either a long bike ride or walk on the beach. The repairman will leave a note and I can call and reschedule at a time convenient to me.

The weather has been perfect this week and I don't want to waste it inside.

Have a great day.

heh. I notice you seem to be having alot of repair MEN coming to your house...hmmm...

I laughed when I saw about dh-es luggage--my sister's luggage from Spain got lost between Malaga and Orlando for 9 days...she called the Spanish airline people--they didn't seem overly concerned. Then her husband's PA(A native Spanish-speaker) called them; within 48 hours, they had the luggage in their hot little hands...

great stats, great success! You're doing awesome!!

Hi

Jessica, repairmen because it seems lately everything is breaking or housing decides its time for a new one(doors). And I think dishes coming out of the dishwasher dirtier than when they went in a valid complaint.

Your sister must have flown on Iberia or Spanair. Both have bad reps for losing luggage especially between Madrid and Jerez. My hubby has flown the Madrid to Jerez flight twice and both times they lost his luggage. Malaga is about 2 to 3 hours from here.

Not much is going on. I took water aerobics today, I'm now very sore.

Have a great day.

My body is so sore from the weight train class today. If we had done one more squat I would have screamed. But I still love the class and I think it is helping. Water aerobics yesterday was fun also.

It is a 3 day weekend. Oh boy, the family will be home all weekend. Really, puts a cramp on exercise and healthy eating. Oh well. Saturday I'm going to the Spanish grocery store and get some salad stuff. And some fruit. Maybe some shrimp. And fish.

Not a whole lot is going on. Took an nap this afternoon. Got caught up on emails. Fun stuff.

Thanks, Ibbear!!!!

Hi

It's Friday! I have no car this weekend. Son and hubby have decided to go camping with the scouts so they need it. Kinda hard to load all of the camping stuff on the moped:laugh: So i have to get my running around done this afternoon: commissary, video mart, garden shop, craft shop, spanish grocery store. I don't think I left any place out.

since I don't have a car this weekend I guess I will do alot of bike riding and walking. going to do some gardening. Get in a third day of weight training. May ride my bike to the beach. Do some cross stitch. Lay around the house and read to my heart's content.

I think I've had a good week. Exercise has been great, I've met my exercise goal for the week. I've been a little weak with eating and water but I'm working on improving that. Going to the Spanish grocery store will help there because I can get some salad fixings and fruit.

Right now I'm happy with what I'm doing, I think I will see some results at the end of the month.

Have a great day.

Hi

What can I say about the weekend. Saturday I went for a long bike ride, it about killed me. Sunday I woke up to pouring rain and thunder. Later it cleared up and I got in a good walk. then it rained again. Monday I woke to rain and wind and thunder. Tropical Depression Vince came ashore just north of us and we got the worse of it. And for those who don't know, this is the first time in recorded history that a tropical system has turned right instead of heading west, and the first time one has made landfall in Spain. It was horrible. The electricity went out during group weight training. So they kicked us out of the classroom and then we stood around waiting for the rain to let up. It didn't and I got wet. But it quit long enough for me to get an evening walk in. Tuesday no rain in the morning, went to water aerobics. It about killed me, the water was cold and I had cramps. It rained in the afternoon and evening. It quit, I went for a walk, it started back and I got wet again.

This morning I was suppose to go to group weight training class. Woke up to TOM and cramps. I stayed home and cleaned house. This afternoon I will ride my bike maybe. I will get a walk in at some point. I need to go to the commissary. I need to go to housing and try and get them to fix my dishwasher, fridge and kitchen door. Door is new, they installed it 2 months ago. they left a 1 inch gap at the bottom. Yesterday I had rain coming in under it. And bugs. i hate bugs.

Jessica, the repairmen are definitely not "hotties". And Iberia has a bad rep for losing luggage. there is a 96% chance they will lose it. And out of that there is a 25% chance that it will be lost permanently.

Beth, thanks:)

McMarto, the exercise helps alot. I have more energy most of the time.

Have a great day.

Hi

I am so tired. They are here working on the dishwasher. They are replacing the same parts they replaced last time. When are they going to realize that it is time to replace the damn thing. It is so old that the manufacturor doesn't have it in their database anymore.

The door: they are "working" on getting it fixed. Meaning they don't know when someone is coming to fix it. That is bs. If it had been installed correctly in the first place, there wouldn't be a problem.

I took it easy with exercise yesterday and I'm still exhausted. Darn TOM!

Going grocery shopping this afternoon. Going to get some healthy stuff and more bottled water. Not planning on doing much this weekend. Going to take it easy. It's not going to rain so I will get in some nice walks and bike rides.

Rikkij, I don't mind rain, I don't mind wind or the chill. I do mind it all at once and in extreme amounts! I like doing cardio, it gives me time to clear my mind and makes me feel balanced, most of the time. I really, really hate bugs.

McMarto, thanks for the visit. Get some exercise, take advantage of the nice weather now because this winter you may not have the opportunity!

Have a great weekend.

Their is a drywall shortage (they are blaming it on Katrina...which could be partially true)...but...they are saying its just a scam to slowly raise the prices...it happened back in 99 too...so...his work has been really slow...guess it kind of works out well that he has these meetings this week and next...they must of gotten a shipment of drywall today cause they asked him to come in after his meeting to do a delivery on his own...I hope he can also work this weekend again so we will not be broke next week...I was basically thinking we would have no income from him for the next 3 weeks...so...we will wait and see!!!...

I hope you are doing well!!!

Hola

Weight 161.2 pounds

I got a new dishwasher. Hubby called them and told them the repair was unacceptable. That it was worse after they fixed it than before. they first told him that there weren't any new dishwashers available. He told him he would take a newer one that worked. So they came out and I got a brand new one. Some how they found something that they "claimed" they didn't have. Amazing. Still waiting on the door.

Yes, my weight is down. I looked at that and asked who that happened? So I was surprised. But I have cut back on the high salt foods so hopefully that helped. I continue to do my daily walks. They help keep me sane. I spent the weekend helping daughter with her social studies project and gardening. I replaced all my dead plants with live ones. Let’s see how long these last. The house is pretty clean except for my bedroom. It has folded clothes everywhere. If I would put them away it would be clean. Maybe tomorrow.

Didn’t go to water aerobics this morning. Both of my ears are hurting. I’m putting my drops in them. Hoping that will help. I don’t want to go to the doctor. I’ve been cold all day. It has not warmed up much past 65 today. It makes me want to curl up and take a nap. Been watching the coverage of Hurricane Wilma on the news channel. Got friends in Key West. They evacuated over the weekend.

Got a lot to do this week. My daughter’s 13th birthday is Thursday. I’m not sure I’m ready; the teen years are much too stressful. We are going to have a family dinner on Thursday and she is having a party with her friends on Saturday. So I will have to make 2 cakes. I need to go to the mall and finish buying her birthday presents. She wants earrings and the mall is the best place to get them. I also want to get some more veggies and fruit and Spanish candy.

McMarto, glad that dh is working. Hopefully, he will continue to work and improve. Winters are cold and wet. It rarely gets below 40 but it is wet. Rains most of the winter to make up for not raining for 5 months.

Laura, it is good seeing you back! I've got 3 lbs left to my first goal. Then I will set a new one. I'm taking it 10 lbs at a time. Repairmen hate me. They try and act like I don't know anything and then when I show them different they try and hide from me. They then act like they don't understand English. Ok, so alot of them don't but you know what I mean.

Well enough of that. I need to get off my hinny and exercise.

Have a great day!

WOO HOO On 161.2!!! SO AWSOME!

Muy Bien!! :D

And yay on the new dishwasher too! I hear ya on that. My mom got one of those satelite XM radio things that would not work. She called the tech support a million times and they said they would get back to her within 3 days. She said that was unacceptable and would take it back and never buy another one again if she didn't hear from them within an hour. 20 minutes later, someone called!

Amazing how those things suddenly appear!

Have a great day. Good luck to a teenager! I remember when I turned 13. I won't scare you with the crap I pulled on my parents! (Actaully that came more around 16, so you have a few years!)

Hi

I will be away for the next couple of days. Yesterday my daughter was diagnosed with a detached retina. She has to have surgery ASAP. Unfortunately, it can’t be done here so we are medivacing back to the states today. It’s almost 11am now and I’m hoping to get on the 1pm flight. Waiting on orders and tickets. If all goes well she will have surgery tomorrow. Of course, we won’t know right away if she will regain vision in that eye. We can only pray she does. We will be in the states for about a month at my parent’s house in Georgia.

Hi

Daugher had her surgery yesterday. It went well. The doctor removed scar tissue and blood from the gel of her eye. It was what was causing the retina to detina. Scar tissue puckers and that pulled at the retina. There was no holes in the retina which was a very good thing. She will regain vision in that eye - it won't be as good as it was before but it will be functional vision. Over the next couple of months it will improve. She has no pain from the surgery - eye surgery is pretty painfree. When she woke up from the surgery she wanted to go pee, eat and have a drink. What more can you ask for. You have to pee and drink before you leave the hospital so she took care of that right away. She wanted McDonald's for dinner but the doctor said no greasy for so I guess she will get it for lunch. The surgery only took around an hour, it was the pre op and post op that keep us at the hospital for hours. And of course, we left there right at rush hour.

Thank you for your prayers and support. I couldn't have made it without them.
Renee:)

That's fantastic news, Renee! So glad she bounced right back in post-op... you know if they ask for McDonald's, they're doing okay. Do you need to go straight back to Europe, or will you stay stateside for a while?

Hi

Thanks for a the well wishes. We are still in the states and will be here until the doctor releases my daughter. Hopefully that will be before December 10 since that is the last cat b out of here going back to Spain before Christmas. After that we will have to fly on a C5 which isn't very comfortable or commerical which is insane this time of year. Daughter goes back into the doctor this morning and I should learn more of what is going on.

I try and get on the treadmill daily. It doesnt' always happen but I am trying. Up until yesterday the weather was been pleasant but Tuesday night that front came through and the weather has turned. It is 32 degrees outside right now. Tuesday it was 81 degrees. People are going to get sick.

My eating as been ok, there is no junk food in the house. I've been drinking alot of water.

I will post an update after the doctor's appointment.

Renee:)

Hi Arf,

So glad to hear that your daughter's surgery went well. I am always amazed that everyone says eye surgery doesn't hurt. I think I would pass out just seeing a huge needle coming at me.

Are you enjoying your time in the States? I'm sure you are stocking up at Target. hahahaa

Miss you!

December 8! Where has this year gone! I will not make my goal this year, but I am ok with that because I will finish the year out weighing less than I began. It has been a while since I’ve done that. The last 3 years I finished out heavier. So I seem to be breaking that cycle. Last month I was down to 159.5 pounds but this morning I weighed in at 163.8 pounds. I am ok with that too. My TOM started last night. Time will tell how much of the gain is that and how much is caused by stress eating. November was a very stressful month. Even now with my daughter on the mend I am stressed over the whole thing. Since we have been back I have not been consistent with my exercise. I’m exhausted and really don’t feel great. Yesterday I slept much of the afternoon and went to bed early. I’m afraid that I am getting sick. I tend to get sick every year at this time. I was hoping to skip that holiday tradition is year.

I would like to finish the year at 159 but will be satisfied with 163 since that is 10 pounds less than I started the year.

Today I plan on doing some baking, wrapping a few gifts. I still need to finish Christmas cards. I did most of them at the airport while waiting on my flight. I am almost done with my Christmas shopping which is really unusual. Most years I’m finishing up on Christmas Eve I may go for a walk if I can knock the chill out of my bones.

So right now I’m working on maintaining. But the week after Christmas I will be back on plan. I have some blood work that needs to be done, I’m going to try and schedule it for that week. I’m also going to get my body fat tested. It will give me a new starting point and help me plan my goals and decide what needs to be done.

Thank you everyone for the wellwishes and visits!
Chumlette, Thanks, she had no pain after the surgery, just needed motrin for discomfort. The doctor put her asleep during the surgery so she wouldn't wig out when she saw the needle!!!

Have a great day!
Renee

Hi

Another week has gone by. My weight remains steady. My daughter continues to heal and for that I am truly thankful. Have remained busy getting ready for Christmas. Every time I think I’m finished with shopping hubby thinks of something else he wants to get the kids. It has been a rough year and dh wants the kids to have a good Christmas.

Yesterday I woke to a flooded kitchen and spent the day drying it out. I had to pull everything out of the lower cabinets because they were flooded as well. I can’t put anything away until it dries out. Maybe tomorrow. So the house is a mess. The drain hose on the dishwasher broke and all the water drained in to the cabinets on my floor. There was 3 inches of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Housing came out and fixed the hose but I have to get to clean up the water.

Today I got some errands ran. Went to the post office, home center, commissary, main NEX and found the extra table in the store room. I was able to get a walk in this evening. I love walking at night this time of year. I got to see all the Christmas decoration. Tomorrow I’ve got to put my kitchen back together and do some baking. I also need to finish my part of the shopping.

Aria, thank you for the visit. Daughter is doing much better and I'm trying hard to get back on plan.

Rikkij, thanks, daughter's vision is still not quite right. She sees double at times but it is improving and the doctor is pleased with her progress.

Mcmarto, Thanks, I won't make goal this year but I will in 2006!!

Thanks for the visits.

Have a great day!
Renee
