right this is it!!
i sort of started on the 1st of jan but with lack of will power and soooo much xmas food left over ie chocolates (my weakness)
ive done really poorly !!
WELL NO MORE TODAY SUNDAY IS MY LAST WHISHY WASHY DAY!
no ive found you guys i KNOW i can do this i just need a crutch to lean on !
somewhere to go when the chocolate biscuit looks tasty lol
well when i wake up tommorow its starts!
im really over weight and to be the size recomended for my height i need to loose 5 stone!!!
i have motivation, im of on my 1st hoiliday in april in 5 yrs and its got a huge water world i want to be confident in a cosy and be able to play with my 3 kids!

vtmom13 01-08-06, 05:10 PM You sound very motivated to me, and off to good start. Just wrapping your mind around the need to loose weight and get into shape, can be the biggest step. We are very supportive around here, and I think you'll find keeping a journal will help a lot. Anyhow it's nice to have you here, and feel free to lean on us all you want.

5 stone is 70 lb s!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well its its 11 am here so far so good
ive got up and had a bowl of cereal, a little bowl so thats 170 cals
and for snack at 10 i had a diet yogart so another 100 cals
ceareal again for lunch i think, feeling confident!
well just had cereal for my lunch
i keep feeling peckish today?
why is it because im on a diet lol
have brought some mints 10 cal each for emergency sweets might have one of those
ooooh and i had a coffee, i dont drink coffee thta much so had it with sugar!!
so another 50 calories:(
and 10 for the mint...........
my problem time is evening so fingers crossed on day one xxxxxxxxxxx

It says 1 stone is 14 pounds. How sad that Brits must lose 14 pounds before the scale will even show 1 stone loss. How can you stick with it when it seems the scale never budges? I'd get so discouraged!
feeling a bit upset
had a bit of a poor evening, have had bread, ahhhhh
bacon ahhhhh again and a ......................scone !!!!!!!!
and my daughter didnt like her crisps grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

and its only day 1!!!!!
im not happy with my self, my problem is the evenings,
i will have to think about keeping busy or something
you might see more of me, anything to keep me away from the cupboard!! lol
im having to do that too, find things to occypy the mind.
note
never snack after 8pm, the food sits in your tummy and doesnt get turned from fat-energy, just fat to thigh fa or tummy fat.
learnt that today so im not allowed to eat anything more from 8pm anymore.
tonight im doing anything to not think about an exam i have, so i spent the night arranging to go to arobics on a thursday evening with my pal
