Started yesterday 178 lbs,

First goal- lose 19 pounds to get out of obese range

Second goal-lose 40 pounds to get out of overweight range

Third goal-120 lbs

Fourth goal- 115 lbs this is my ultimate weight goal

Breakfast: Chocolate optima slimfast 180 calories

One can coke 150 calories

Lunch: Grilled Chicken and Santa Fe Rice Lean Cuisine 250 calories

Banana

one fruit roll up 50 calories

Dinner- Grilled Chicken salad from Dairy Queen with Ranch dressing unknown calories

2 french fries

reduced fat vanilla ice cream bar 110 calories

53 ounces of water

diet coke

I didn't get in any exercise. At this point I dont even know where I will find time to exercise.

I am soooooo sleep deprived. My baby doesnt sleep very good at all. Between that and work and school and my 5 year old...Can you say stress???

Ok today so far

Breakfast: Slim fast 180 calories, one coke 140 calories

Snack: 1/2 green apple

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Grilled Panini steak mushroom cheese 300 calories

Snack: 1/2 green apple

Dinner: grilled chicken breast, one cup mexican fiesta blend pasta and vegetables 140 calories, corn on cob

one reduced fat vanilla ice cream bar 110 calories

32oz water

Exercise: We went bowling for about an hour

Lunch: lean pockets meatballs and motzarella 290 calories

Baby carrots with ranch dressing
