Today, I feel like I've actually accomplished something in my "healthy" lifestyle ( I can't call it a diet). I am doing better than I thought that I was. I've lost a few pounds, still didn't get on a scale yet though. I don't have one. But I feel al difference in my clothes. And I've had to tighten my belt a whole notch tighter, so that made me feel good today. I even went to the store and treated myself with a new sweater, just because I deserve it.
Everyone's help and encouragement in these forums has been so positive. It's a big motivation to know that there are people out there just like me. Thanks to you all for being my sounding board. I will be okay.:)
