Has anyone tried Hoodia? :-/ Been hearing alot about it but wanted to know if anyone has had any luck using it. :up: :down: My NP talked about it and was wondering if anyone has a personal stories to share. Your input would be great....

I have studied it and see no negative side effects or anything with it - one of the very few "diet" aids I would consider using.

Just be sure you get PURE hoodia and not some of the junk other people are trying to pass off as hoodia - go to a good vit store to buy this - not walmart or some such place :)
