so today was my official first day. i did better than i thought i could ever do today. my goal was to eat around 1200-1300 cals and i thought i had but id actually eaten around 900-1000. i may eat something later as i tend to be a night owl. from experience though i know that the first sday tends to be easy, the second day even easier, but then it gets progressively harder until you reach the 6th day and by day ten you feel like you can go on forever until you screw up and it becomes up to you of whether or not you have the will power to go on. its really hard to diet in my house. my mother has a rather large daycare and there is junk food EVERYWHERE. also, im trying to recover from bulimia at the same time, and my little sister is doing this stupid thing she tends to do when she tries to lose weight. all shes eating is kashi cereal and 1% milk. shes been doing it since tuesday and has lost 10 pounds, but this time i KNOW that its all going to come back and more so in the end my decision will have been better, though slower at first. tomorrow my goal is to eat around 1300 cals and actually get off the couch this time.
