Hi there,

Welcome from a fellow newbie! (when do I lose newbie status by the way LOL) Congrats on meeting the point in your life when you are ready for a change. A *tiny* word of advice/caution. I noticed that your mini goal is down 20 lbs by march 1. If I were you, I would start smaller, perhaps 10lbs over 6 weeks. I would hate to see you let down if your weight doesnt come off as fast as you would like. Afterall, if you set a small goal and go over it you'll be that much happier!! I dont mean to be nosey, to each their own *S*
