Today I did fairly well. Much better than I had been doing. I use food to avoid doing all those things I really don't want to do or feel overwhelmed about doing. Just something that helps procrastination. Today I got up at a decent hour and ate some shredded wheat with skim milk and an egg. For lunch I ate a tv dinner. For two snacks I ate some veggies with chopped chicken. Then for dinner I ate a little salad and some spaghetti. Not much. I believe I was within my calorie allowance. I did put some of it in fitday, however, I didn't have the information about the veggies I had with the chicken so I guestimated. I finally started a job I have been meaning to do for a long time. I have done it several times, but it never seemed to work. The previous owner of this home was a smoker. Everything has nicotene on it. At least some of the surfaces do. For example, the doors. I have scrubbed, sprayed, pretreated, primed, everything you can imagine and still the nicotene comes through and literally runs down the doors. Today, I got disgusted with this small bathroom. I took some Kaboom and a brillo pad to the walls. Guess what!!! No nicotene!!! It works!!! Of course, it is a lot of work, however, one part of one wall looks so much better!!! I am going to do this room and then repair the walls and paint it this summer. I was thrilled as I did the job and didn't put it off by grabbing something to eat. At this rate, I might even tackle my office and get it straight!!! Opps, I don't want to push myself too hard...hehehe
