So here I am again, Starting over I was once here and I was able to drop 45lbs last time I was here. Then I got Pregnant I put on a Total of 65lbs. After I had my Daughter I dropped 20lbs I have 45lbs to go to Reach my Goal...

My Daughter is now almost 4 months old, So after Yo-yoing for almost 4 months I managed to lose 20lbs I tried counting calories but it just wasent for me. So now I am back to just trying to eat as healthy as possible and working out for at least 15min daily and drinking at least 4 liters of water a day!

So I've been doing this Since August 16, 2006 and I feel really good about myself, At first I thought that counting calories was for me but I was wrong it just was not...


I plan on being here daily to post my daily eats........So let me start today here's what I've had and plan on having:

2 Packs of Maple Brown Sugar Instand Oatmeal
2 Pieces of Toast with Butter

Lot's of Sour Cream and Onion Pringles :(

Foot Long from Subway - Turkey Breast, Lettuce, Pickles, Cucumbers with Mustard

2 Spoonfuls of Chicken Noodle Soup

5 Crackers

I plan on having:

Bowl of Cherries

1- 100 Calorie Chocolate Pudding


I got 2 more liters of water to go to get my full 6 liters in!!!

Well I guess I better edit my food log yesterday:


I did not have the Pudding nor did I have the bowl of Cherries

I did have my 6 liters of water and I had a Cup of Tea too!


Did not get a chance to workout on my Eliptical yesterday but I did go for a walk and I did a little jumping on my Trampoline so I got some sort of excercise in...


Here's where I'm at Today:

Bowl of Raisin Bran with FF Milk


I also did 43min of My Turbo Jam DVD I love that workout it's AWSOME!!!

Well I was Ok today I did have the muncies really bad I did give into them I did not eat bad stuff I just ate alot of the ok stuff..........But I did workout this morining and drank my 6 liters of water so I think Im still OK.......

Hmmm I havent posted how yesterday went well here goes, I only had 2 liters of water (BAD) I also did 20min on my Eliptical. Now here's where it gets bad my eats:

Cup O Noodles
Few French Fries
10 Dibs Bite Size Ice Cream Balls

Taco Salad (from Taco Bell)
Crunchwrap (from tack bell)

1 Raisin Bran Ceral Bar

1 Frozen Lasagan

Few Drinks of a Capri Sun


Over all not soo good of a day! I'm just glad I was able to workout last night. Better Dayz today!


As far as Today goes here's where I'm at:

Bowl of Kashi Go Lean Ceral with FF Milk

2 liter of water down 4 to go...

I have yet to have lunch I'll post later after I eat!
