I am so glad I found this web sight it has given me some wonderful ideas, made me realize how much food goes into my mouth each day and that you really do need to write down the things you eat or you do tend to lose track and over eat or dont really think healthfully what you are eating. I have done weight watchers in the past and lost 20pds from it but fell into depression and gained it back and have never recovered from it since, I have tried many times only to fail only to get more depressed again and so on..... I have also done many other diets and have been successful but they left me starved so they weren't for me. I have come to the conclusion that I am a lifer(dieter).I am not one that opens up to people that much so for me this is a big step and as a mile stone to finding the new me as well as part of a letting go process of a bunch of old garbage so to speak, and as time goes on maybe I can make some really good friends that that truly know what I am feeling inside, and maybe a computer to cry on from time to time. So that I why I am here so I can write down what is going on and everyone will know wether it be walking or what I had to eat that day. And if if not maybe someone can can ding me and ask if every thing is ok. Well it is getting late so better go http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/bar097/slider-situp/lb/202.5/165/202.5/.p http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/bar097/slider-situp/lb/202.5/165/202.5/.png (http://www.3fatchicks.com/weight-tracker/)ng
