Hello all. Here is where I will be putting my brilliant new eating plan and all the exercise I do for you all to read and say "Well done, you're doing a great job" or else for you to say "Hey lady, you need to get your ass into gear." I am going to be completely honest here. I've lost around 20 pounds over the last few months, which is shocking when I consider that I was that overweight for a time. I just can't believe it, because I am still really dissatisfied with my weight. For a while there, I thought I would never be under 12 stone again. But I got there in the end, which is fantastic. Anyway, while I am back to being a healthy weight again, now I want to go the extra mile, and get to a fabulous weight. So I want to lose another stone. I know I can do it, and I think this forum will really help me, and I hope I can help people here too. I'm going to give myself until Christmas to be a weight that I am perfectly happy with, because if I give myself too little time, then I'll freak out and start all the crazy eating again. Anyway, good luck to everyone else who is also trying to lose weight, it's a challenge but it's so possible for us all.

Well, Day 1 has been a rip-roaring success so far, as I am down a pound already today, and I wasn't even trying to lose weight yesterday. I don't know how I did it, but it feels good. I am now the lightest weight I have been in a year and a half. I don't know how I stayed that heavy for so long. But here I am back in good health with a strong body. Now I just want a toned body as well, and get rid of the excess flesh around my hips, which is stubbornly refusing to budge.
So far today, I have eaten:

weetabix, branflakes and country store with light milk

I was going to attempt to eat only porridge for breakfast, but I don't see that happening for a while.
