I have not had a journal in so long ; but I really need to make sure i'm really tracking what I'm eating.
I hope everyone here does not mind!
I weigh 141 and would like to get to 135 before the summer with my goal really being 125. I just cant seem to drop below 130 at all ; and 141 is a really high weight for me and with summer coming up I need to get serious!
Any suggestions welcome!

workout:
weight training ; upper body
30 minutes cardio incline tredmill
DIET:
7:00 - 4 egg whites + 1 egg
9:00 - 1 tablespoon sugar free peanut butter ; 1 low carb tortillia
12:00 - 1 can of tuna + 1 low carb tortillia - handfull of baby carrots

6:00 - 4 oz turkey breast ; 2 cups steamed broccoli ; 1/2 cup diet yogurt ; 1 whole wheat pita
total cals = 1088

snack = 1 tablespoon natural pb + 1 low carb tortillia
lunch - 4 oz tuna with 5 baby carrots and 1 low carb tortillia
dinner (will be) 4 oz ground turkey ; 1 ezek. bread bun ; 2 cups steamed broccoli ; 1/2 cup diet yogurt ; 5 baby carrots
total cals = 994

CW 141.9
16 pounds from my goal
Yesterday's cals ended around 1100
TODAY!
SHOULDERS AND TRICPES + 15 min cardio (slept in a little)
BREAKFAST = 4 egg whites + 1 egg ; 1 tablespoon PB with 1 tb sugar free jelly ; 1 low carb tortillia (280 calories)
LUNCH = 4 oz chicken breast ; 1 low carb tortillia ; 5 baby carrots (275 calories)
DINNER = 4 OZ lean ground beef (hamburger patty ) 1 ezek. flourless bread bun ; 5 baby carrots ; 2 cups steamed broccoli ; 1/2 cup diet yogurt (460 calories)
WHICH leaves me at a grand total of 1015 calories.
I"m a little high on the fat today because I'm using 93% lean beef instead of ground turkey for the burger ; but I try to get red meat at least once a week because its good to mix it up a little ; I also need to try and get some fish in there as well.

total = 1025
