Start Weight: 195
Goal Weight: Alot Less Than Now!

Well I survived week one! Yay! I managed to get through the week fairly easy with no slip ups! I was really hungry on Wednesday and almost caved to FAST FOOD but I got past eat thankfully by having a snack packed. I worked out on Monday,Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. I skipped Wednesday as my free day and Friday and Saturday I couldnt move from my Thursday workout. Haha.
My meal selections went great! I manged to not feel like I was starving or on a diet. I didnt take measurments or pictures of myself because I dont want to see them. (i dont know if i am shooting myself in the foot for this or not)
I have changed alot in the past week! I am proud of myself I hope week two is just as easy!

My changes made so far:

No Soda!
Not eating after 8pm!
Working Out!
Eating Healthier Meals!

Hopefully I see some outstanding results!!!!!

Today was my free day! I dreamed about fast food and not having to eat diet food all week! To my suprise when I got up this morning I talked my husband into going for a walk with me. We walked for about 40 minutes around our neighborhood. It was nice to workout since Friday and Saturday I could barley move from my Thursday lower body workout.

The first thing on my list to do was to go to lunch at Del Taco (since this is what I was craving all week) After ordering the usual a Chicken Soft Taco and a Big Fat Chicken Taco I was extremely dissappointed. This didnt taste like what I had worked up in my head. I ate the full lunch with a iced tea which was a big plus considering I WAS a big soda drinker.

For Dinner I had a Chicken Salad Sandwich minus the bread from Wendys! Not Recommend! You can make a yummier one at home save you $4.00! I ordered a water and sucked it down like no other! (I was happy with my choice of food for dinner) Its funny how I planned going to eat at a nice restraunt for dinner and having my fast food for lunch but when it came down to it I wasnt hungry for a dinner and i didnt want to just go somewhere and order somthing and eat it just for the heck of it so we ended up at Wendys so my husband could eat.

I was so happy I finally got to eat a Cherry Dipped Cone from Dairy Queen for dessert! I ate the enitre cone and I loved every minute of it! I do however feel like I need to work it off! Funny how things kinda change.....

I am excited about my progress made thus far! I went from 192 on 4/9/07 - to 185.8 4/15/07 thats 6.2 lbs so far YAY YAY YAY!!!!!!:caf:

Cant wait to stay on track and track my progress on here.

Goodmorning!

Monday already! Uhg! Tonight I work a odd shift so I got up early to make a egg white scrambled eggs and 1/2 banna. I am going to go for a walk in a lil bit and hope to get my cardio taken care of tonight so all I will have to do is do my lower body workout. I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 184.4. I am so excited!

I got home from a bad day at work! I ate dinner and did my lower body workout. I am pooped! I hope I am skinny soon!
