Hello! I haven't been here in a while but felt it was a good time to come back. I'm seeing my boyfriend in exactly 100 days and (obviously) want to look the best I can by losing about 20 to 30 pounds.
Today I didn't eat much because there is hardly anything in the house and stores are closed, but I wasn't so hungry anyway.
Breakfast: eggwhite omelet
Lunch: 2 apples
Dinner: tomato soup
Exercise: 1/2 hr. jogging + 1/2 hr. yoga

99 days to go 'til I see my sweetheart! :D
Some more personal motivational point to keep focused on:
- Photoshoot in 48 days
- Birthday in 53 days
- Vacation in 71 days
Today's plan:
Breakfast: eggwhite omelet
Lunch: fruit salad (apple & strawberries)
Dinner: seaweed salad & vegetarian sushi
Exercise: 1/2 hr. jogging + 1/2 hr. yoga

47 days 'til my first goal.
Weight: 154lbs.
I overslept today and missed class. Annoying but the extra sleep was very welcome. Anyway, today's plan is as follows:
Breakfast: eggwhite omelette
Lunch: fruit & cottage cheese
Dinner: tomato soup
Exercise: 1/2 hr. jogging + 1/2 hr. yoga

Goal 1: 47 days 'til the photoshoot
Goal 2: 52 days 'til my birthday
Goal 3: 70 days 'til vacation
Goal 4: 98 days 'til I see my baby
Everything is going well. It's a lot easier with weather this nice and not having to work 9 to 5 anymore every day.
Anyway, here's tomorrow's plan:
Breakfast: egg white omelette & non-fat yogurt
Lunch: fruit & meal replacement bar
Dinner: vegetarian sushi
Exercise: 1/2 hr. jogging + 1/2 hr. yoga + 1/2 hr. biking
