I am going to set up specific dates to wi but you have until I sign in the following day to get it in here to count. The dates are as follows:
June 26th, July 2nd, July 9th, July 16th, July 23rd, July 30th
The wi this time will be a bit different. You have to wi on the first day and you have to wi in on the last day, but you are free to wi on any of the other days. This will help to just see how everyone is doing. I will post the weekly losses on Tuesdays. So to see you loss you have to at least post by mondays.
You do NOT have to post your actual weight - you DO have to keep track of your starting weight ( on your own if you wish ) as of June 26th and post specific losses or gaines on or before the dates posted above. - This change is at the request of several people who do not wish to post their actual weight, but will post their losses or gains.
I will do weigh in tally's as soon as possible after the said dates above, as my time permits. This should be shortly after I sign in the day after wi.
PLEASE do not post anything other then your weight - loss or gain...... this thread is for weigh in only. You can tell us how/why you weight is what it is in the boot camp thread.
