Okay so I need major help. I need to loose at least 50 pounds. I am overweight, and no one can tell me why. I DON'T overeat. I never have. I started gaining weight as an infant (they put me on reduced fat milk) and no matter what I do, I keep gaining. I can be on a diet, eat nothing but "rabbit food" loose water weight, and then that's it. I need to see a doctor, I have an appointment December 10th. I don't understand. Anyone have any tips? I'm a college student. I eat pretty healthy. Skim milk, water, and tea are my drinks. I don't drink soda. I don't eat a lot of junk. I eat in moderation because I'm not a big eater. I do 1-2 hours (depending on my schedual) of cardio a day, 3-4 days a week. I just don't understand. :help:

the best thing that you can do it's a lot of exercise, forget about eat or take pills for that, go to a gym and with 2 hours per day you will lose weight ;)
