Here is the sign-up sheet for the upcoming Boot Camp. It will start Monday, February 4th. You must be signed up on this thread before it starts. Here is a little info about how it works.
Boot Camp will be February 4th - February 25th.
On February 4th, you'll post a starting weight on the weigh-in thread.
You set your own goals and commitments and if you don't meet them, you're out of the challenge. This is a 'NO EXCUSE' challenge. It doesn't matter what's going on in your life, we need to stick to the commitment we are making here. After all, this is Boot Camp! :mus:
You must post at least 3 times per week to let us know how you're doing and to support others.
You must post a weigh-in every week. The first week it will be on Monday, February 4th. After that it can be ANY day of the week you choose, but you must post one weigh-in between Monday and the following Monday. Plus you have to post a final weigh-in on Monday, February 25th as that is the final day of Boot Camp. So you will have a minimum of 4 weigh-ins at the end of camp.
Now, we're all not perfect, lol. You will be allowed ONE slip-up. Of course, you're on your honor as far as this goes. If you slip up, you'll need to take a penalty fine to stay in the challenge. You can choose from the following penalties.
1. You must increase your water intake by 32 oz. for the next 3 days.
2. You must increase your daily exercise by an additional 15 minutes for the next 3 days.
3. You must keep and post a journal of everything you eat/drink for the next 3 days.
If you fail to complete your penalty, you're out of the challenge. If you slip up a second time, you're out of the challenge.
The whole idea of this challenge is to help us to keep our commitment to ourselves and to develop a 'no excuse' attitude and lifestyle.
If you're planning on joining, please post you're intention HERE on this thread. Also, any questions you have, you post here. The actual Boot Camp thread and weigh-in thread will be started a day or two before Boot Camp starts. If you sign up, be thinking about your goals!
