Thank you everyone for the warm wishes. It feels good to be back. Excersise and healthy eating good for all of January. Down another pound this week woo hoo, look out 150's here i come.

Took a vacation from dieting over the holidays - did well, ended up today weighing exactly what I weighed on November 1 so I am pleased because I had a reasonable amount of holiday treats.

I too came back to dt. I orginally joined in 2000 or 2001 but I couldn't remember my login so when I came back I created this one.

I have left several times for 6 months or more and I always return. Its the only place I can come and get unconditional support for my attempts to get healthy.

I first found DT back in 2000, after the birth of my son. I thought the sight was great! I started visiting another site that was started by one of the former DT members, Massie. Life got busy, and I didn't visit any of the sites for a long time. I got a b-day message from DT, of all places, this past week, and so I decided to log on again and see what was going on. Anyone know what happened to Massie? I know her site is not longer available, and has been down for about two years now.

Anyway, I've been enjoying the boards and it's good to be back!
