PLEASE do not post anything other then your weigh-in results on this thread. You can talk about your weight loss/gain/turtle and the 'why's and why nots' in the other thread.
You MUST post a weigh-in on Monday, February 4th. I will keep track of your starting weight as of that date and post specific losses or gains after the next weigh-in. I think for the sake of less confusion, we should all post our weight EVERY MONDAY during the challenge. I know some of you go to WW's or TOPS or some organized group on other days, but I don't really see a fair way to do it. I will expect everyone to report on Monday, unless you make prior arrangements with me. And please don't do it on the thread, please PM me if you want to make special weigh-in arrangements. But regardless of what we agree on - everyone must report a weigh-in each week. If not, you'll be out of the challenge.
