Hi everyone. I have not been here since june 2006. I HAD TRIED W W'RS FOR A YEAR AND HAD LOST 12 POUNDS BUT I HAD TO STOP BECAUSE I COULD NOT AFFORD IT ANY MORE. I SEE THAT I HAVE PUT MOST OF IT BACK ON. :(SO AS OF TOMORROW I THINK I'M READY TO START AGAIN. I WILL WEIGH IN TOMORROW. I HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT MYSELF FOR PUTTING IT BACK ON. TODAY I FOUND THAT I REALLY FEEL OVER FULL AND DO NOT LIKE THE WAY I FEEL AND THINK IT IS TIME TO TRY AGAIN. I'M GLAD I'M BACK. KIMBERLY2:)

Hi smallfri: My action plan is to take one step at a time. I'm trying to get back into getting 2 walks in a day and working my way back up to 3. I did that about 4 years ago since then I get called in at any given moment to come into work, ended up working double the hours and I'm sure that is why the weight has gone back on. So I'm going to start to try and remember to eat better when I'm working more hours. I'll be taking more lunches from home. KIMBERLY2 Thanks for asking

Hi everyone. Hope all is well.I'm fine today. Last year I walked 547.50 miles. So far this year as of today I'm at 106.00 miles. Each day I add a little more.kimberly2

Smallfri how do I make my own tracker from tickerfactory and have it added to the bottom of my posts? kimberly2

Hi Kimberly, welcome back :) I joined around when you were last here so we haven't met. You are well on your way to beating your last year's total walking in the first half of this year!!
About the ticker, have you made your ticker on tickerfactory yet? If you have, on the final page, it should have a code called BB code or something like that (for bulletin board). Click in that box, then click Cntrl + A, and then Cntrl + C. Then come back to DT, and open your User Control Panel (under "Quick Links" at the top of every page). Go to "Edit Signature" which is about 2/3 of the way down the list. Once you're there, click in the signature box and hit Cntrl + V, and then Save Signature. It should show up!!

All that sounds to hard for me. I'm lucky I know how to do a few things on the computer at all. But thanks for the info. I'll try it when I know how to do a few more things. As of today I'm at 109.75 miles. And Yesterdays weigh in I have lost my 1st pound. I'm at 167.00 pounds.:) Have a good day everyone, KIMBERLY2

Hi everyone. Hope all is well. Here in my little town compared to yesterday it is like night and day. Its about 6 above and I went for my walks with just my inner jacket not my full winter jacket that goes over top. The birds were singing, the wild turkeys were out in the field. It put a (spring) in my step:D What puts a spring in your step?

Hi everyone. What a weekend. We got more then 1 foot of snow. At each end of the drive way it was at least 3 feet high from the drifts. It took my husband and I 3 hours to dig ourselves out the drive way. Our plow man showed up when we had about 3/4 of it done so we got him to finish it for us. We were tired after that and we still ended up going for a walk later on in the day. HAve a great day everyone.
