AngelWings2 05-03-08, 10:02 PM Today I was very tired. Only got in 20 minutes on my exercise bike. I worked outside weeding my flower bed for a couple of hours. crazy2 05-03-08, 10:07 PM Hi Angelwings, I think hour of weeding and then 20 on the bike is a good workout day. Give yourself a little space in the first couple of weeks. You're learning how to do something new and we make mistakes when we learn. In fact, it's hard to learn anything without making mistakes. It is getting nicer out every day so I am hoping to get more walking in. Sunshine motivates me to get outside. I struggle so much with my eating. I am an emotional eater. It's not because I am hungry. Just can't figure out how to just stop when I am in that state of mind. AngelWings2 05-06-08, 12:53 PM Today is a beautiful warm day! Just seeing that sun makes you feel good! I got in my Curves workout for today. Not sure what else I am doing today but at least I feel good because of working out. I have 2 dvds, and my favorite is the 4 mile "Super Challenge". Have you thought about writing out your food for the day? It helps me a lot to see what good things I have, what not so good things I ate, and see where I can add/delete/upgrade my foods. If you are an emotional eater, write down how you are feeling before you reach for the snacks. Or just hop on here and read a couple journals. Hope to hear more good news soon! Keep it up! Keep your focus on your goals and KNOW THAT YOU CAN AND WILL ACHIEVE THOSE GOALS ..
