I'm Celina Davis and I've tried this before.
Most of you probably won't remember me, but this is just a repeat of last year. Only now I'm not sure if I have more or less faith in myself.
When I last did this journal I was 114 pounds. Now? 123. And I haven't gotten any taller. D:
I'm not saying I'm waaaay overweight, but I know I'm not healthy.

Hi Celina :) Welcome back! Getting healthier is what it's all about around here! Do you have some goals that you're going to work toward? It's a good idea to have some short-term and long-term goals so you can devise a plan to meet them. Good luck on your journey to greater health :)

Hello and welcome. yea i dont think the right concept here for anyone should be the word diet but eating and living healthier is the right way so you have the right mindset. best wishes on your healthier eating journey.

Hi there!
Like you, I consider health to be priority #1. It seems like we're looking at a similiar amount of extra weight to lose -- the most important thing for me was to get off the upward trend. I find the support here stellar and while I'm definitely on a rollercoaster, I'm slowly inching towards my goal.
Congrats on coming back to DT and the commitment to healthy living! *<:o) Mind if I ask what made you stop visiting/posting last time?
