Daily Menu:

3 times day - 15 almond nuts 400 cal. 30 g fat
3 times day - 1 1/2 c. milk 500 cal. 6 g fat

fruit and veg 200 cal.

after 6:00 pm
1 can campbells soup, cream of brocolli, 200 cal. 4 g fat 1,200 mg salt
20 crackers 200 cal., 4 g fat

1,500 cal. 45 g fat, 2000 mg salt

*ONCE A WEEK 1,000 CAL. TREAT*

lost another lb. sooo hopefully this diet works, if I keep losing I wouldn't have treat of week so I can keep track of what I've lost and how much I lose on this diet etc.. I am satisfied on this diet which is a good thing. diet kinda boring but treat of weekend is something to look forward to and diet worth it if I can get weight off.

I am thinking the soup and crackers was putting me over the limit of 250 mg of carbs so I stalled and ice cream didn't help.

Hoping almond diet keeps working. I think it will.

added pudding and chocolate milk cause diet boring. seem to be still losing, this diet isn't fast but my body is reacting to it in way of inches which I still don't get, and some weight loss. hopefully can stay away from treat of weekend so I can see if diet works better without soup and crackers.

lost another lb., slow and steady, satisfied, hopefully added pudding, chocolate milk, mixed nuts is okay for diet, helps as diet boring. really really hoping this is the diet that finally works.

My daughter yesterday said you are losing weight so I must be as she is very honest with me.

I hate chinese food never again. $40. The chicken balls huge and gross might as well have fries. like S & S sauce. rice okay egg roll good might as well have fries again. cantonese chow mein meat good with all grease on them. noodles suck. Never again. Then of course you feel like a big lump afterwards and feel quilty you wouldn't lose weight this week.
