So I'm excited. I am starting my workout routine tomorrow, and starting Tuesday I will start walking to and from work again. I do an hour of advanced Tae Bo, I love kick boxing, the faster the workout, the more pumped up I am to do the workout. When I walk to work that is 4 miles of walking 5 days a week...I love it. Especially the walk there, throw on some music and power walk. The past month has been a little rough and it seems, well it doesn't seem, my routine HAS been thrown off course. Emotional eating is mostly my problem. If I can learn to control my emotional eating again, I'm golden, I need to learn a new way to vent my frustrations, I know I can do this, I have done it before, I know it takes will power, determination, and strength, I have all of those, now I just need to use them.

Hi Shadow,

Sounds like your determination and motivation are really keeping you pumped up. You have accomplished so much and with that attitude and plan you will continue on your success on the weight lose journey.

I am an emotional eater and I tend to eat my stress. I try to avoid, reduce or eliminate stress in my life, but I have come to the conclusion that this is not a stress free world. My focus now is to find healthier, more productive ways of handling my stress. I am seeking to be more aware of my stress and where it comes from so that I will be able to make better choices in terms of how to handle the stress.
