i want to buy this video, and i was wondering if anybody has ever taken the boot camp class or seen the video.of course, hubby was in air force, and i told him i wanted to buy it, he says, ill put you through boot camp. up at 5am, run 5 miles, come back, eat some slop for breakfast, and then do some push ups and sit ups, and it better be done by 6am. hee hee, i said, i dont want that kind of boot camp, otherwise, i wouldve joined the forces. thanks for any opinions or advice you can give me.

its where you do running, push ups, sit ups, and very tough things, but it really tones you up very fast. i was wanting to get toned, and i heard its great to do. although, its not for beginners or people who are over 50 pounds away from goal. it even warns that on the page i saw it on, so you wont waste your money buying something you might never use. i think thats nice. i havent seen it anywhere though, and im still looking if anybody has seen it.

If I'm not mistaken, I saw the boot camp video at the Barnes and Noble book store. They also have a web site - you might want to check that out too. Is there more than one version of the "boot camp" video? Check amazon.com too, they might have it.

I hope you can find it in your area.

Hi again, Stephanie, out of curiousity, I checked Amazon.com & searched by Boot Camp Exercise video. The one they have at Target -Cardio Boot Camp didn't get a very good review. Sounds like the one you want is the Crunch Boot Camp. Thought I'd let you know so you don't buy the wrong one.

Update, update, Stephanie - I was at Target in Columbia today & they have both of the boot camp videos-the crunch one as well as the Method one - & the crunch one is also only $6.99. Check your Target, if you haven't already got it. (And if you have, how is it?) also-would love to meet you sometime before you move (which is when?-I know you posted it somewhere but can't remember where).
