Can we learn from our past poor choices?
Yesterday I ate a whole bagel because it looked good and It was breakfast, (I had lots of point right?) I felt stuffed and icky .
Today I had the same breakfast, Banana fatfree yougat and a bagel, just 1/2. Boy do Can we learn from out past Bad choices I feel better to day! Why do we think if we dont eat all of something we will depive ourselves? I spend every day reconditioning what I was tought as a kid, Clean your plate. I hope everyone is having a great day. angelmom

We are human :) All we can do is take one day at a time! One meal at a time! Today I can do this. ;)

I find the mind a powerful thing. I am a chocolate lover, and when I allowed myself to have a snack-size kitkat bar yesterday, I felt physically nauseated afterwards.

That's a good thing... because if my body begins rejecting that which I've held dear for years, all the healthier for me. :)

I too, was raised to "clean your plate." Now I use a smaller plate and put less on it. :)

Have a super day.

Angelmom you are so right. It took a long time for me to eat one egg not two! One piece of toast. I can eat anything I want, but not in one day. I need to learn this.

Come on guys, we can do this! Don't let food rule your life, YOU rule your life and let food be the fuel to get the energy you will need to do the job.

Say NO to bad foods!
