In trying to get more in to the Christmas sprit. I was think of the snow outside and sing walking in a winter wonderland. so here it is :
The sweets are calling are you listenin?
Its ok Its Christmas, they are whislein.
Its a beautiful time and Im glad to say.
Im walking in a Weight watcher kind of way.
Come on its the hoildays they are sayin.
A plan for staying OP I am prayin.
Its a wonderful time to become lighter.
Walking in size thats smaller and tigher.

We are human:) All we can do is take one day at a time! One meal at a time! Today I can do this. ;)
