Hey, I just wanted you guys to know how much you all mean to me and how much better my life is now that I have people to relate my struggle to loose weight with.

There have been a lot of times these last few months that I have felt like giving up only to have someone respond to me and give me the lift that I need.

I hope that everyone and their families have a excellent holiday season.
