Its Week before christmas do you have a plan?
I do and I will stick to it. I know I can.

The shopping is done and stockings are hung.
Music is playing while the carols are sung.

This year I am in control of what I eat.
Success only, I will not except defeat.

I know what to do,and do what ever it takes.
Stay in control 24/7, making no mistakes.

Telling myself that success taste the best.
Putting all that I've learned to the test.

Thinking before for each and every bite.
Do I really want those things in my sight.

I will not eat just because its there.
Cutting a piece of pie in half to share.

My plan will work because I am stronger.
I am in control, not the food any longer.

People say "oh its holiday take a break".
Program must not, vacation or holiday take.

That attitude is what got me heavy before.
I must tell it good bye and see it no more.

I have a plan that will work, do you?
I am worth what ever it takes, you are too!
