Sometimes I think I'll never learn from my mistakes. I really seem to be decisive in every part of my life except for my health. I so want to be decisive there as well. I was thinking about my mother, who was also overweight throughout most of her life and I can never remember seeing her over-eat. I'm somewhat inclined to think that genes play a large part in my struggles but I'm not going to use that as a cop-out.
