Thank you for your kind words! Everyone here is such a help! It is such a struggle as we all know ... but the end results can be great! I've lost weight over and over and this is the heaviest I've ever been and I can't believe it is me in the mirror! Now with 100+ to lose I can't afford to gain any more weight! Any helpful hints are welcome! What do you do for exercise?
