Congrats Rich--I notice the Ravens DID score a touchdown this week!! I saw on the news this a.m. the bartender/bar owner that was on his roof and wouldn't come down until they did! That had to be a little chilly! I won't get started on how truly terrible the Atlanta Falcons looked yesterday. I am a rabid college football fan (live & die with Georgia Tech) but rarely sit and watch an entire NFL game...yesterday, though, the Falcons were on, I didn't have anything better to do, so what the heck....I should've found something better to do!! "U-G-L-Y, YOU AIN'T GOT NO ALIBI, YOU UGLY,,,HEY,HEY, YOU UGLY!"
On the diet front, I was most proud of myself last night--went to my favorite steak house with my in-laws. I am an absolute and complete meat-freak--I love red meat especially. But, I resisted temptation and got the grilled salmon with stir-fry veggies...delicious!! And I went to bed feeling positive instead of beating myself up! Feel pretty good this a.m. for a monday! (Karen Carpenter would hate Atlanta this a.m.-"rainy days and mondays always" got her down.....)
Remember--you're worth the fight!

GOOOOO JACKETS!!!!!!! STING 'EM!!!!!!!!

Hey Yellow how about them Ravens it's about time. Only problem is the last time they scored a touchdown it was against the Bengals will seen next week when they play Tennessee. Told my wife I wasn't going to watch the game, but I did. On the weight front I did good over the weekend too I ate reasonable meals(did not stuff myself)and did NO SNACKING. Feeling good about myself. Getting ready to go to the gym and do some exercise. BACK ON THE WAGON AND FEELING GOOD! Talk later Rich

Hi Guys!
Had to crash this men's forum. It has to do with me growing up with 3 brothers and being the only girl.
Yellow - way to go - I'm sooooo proud of you and your succeeding at the restaurant.
Big Rich, keep up the good work and keep on posting.
