After my last fiasco with the Atkin's diet, I am now trying Protien Power. It seems a bit more well rounded. I am hopeful I will have more success with this. I know I am a carb addict and a Muffin can set me into a binge so, I was wondering who is on PP and how are you doing..and what do you eat and how many calories do you consume on a day to day...(about)?
