OK guys what kind of exercise do you do? Also what is good for me for upper body strenght since I can't lift anything over 10 pounds.

I don't like straining myself, so I once walked about 2 or 3 miles on my treadmill while holding 3 pound weight in each hand and I would do all kinds of curls and lifts with them while walking. It was totally painless, but after 6 months of that, my shoulders and arms looked GREAT! Wish I stayed with it! Ah, well...here we go again! I was told that someday I will go to pick something up and my heart will stop and I will die. I also have Atrial Fibrillation and just got out of the hospital with Congestive heart failure but am doing good now. Daisy916 03-07-01, 04:17 PM I walk to.I have some good walking places around my home.I can stay on flat roads or boy do I have some hills.Not just little hills but some big ones.I take my dog with me and he kinda pulls me up the hill.Maybe that's cheating.But my ankles hurt from walking down hill.I can't wait till spring so I can start walking more.It was hard walking one snowy day, the hill was'nt plowed.They are mostly dirt roads. 2Amigos 03-08-01, 08:40 PM Well guys I am heavily into extreme excersise. Well when I say extreme, I mean very vigorous (more than I am used to). When I said I was into it I meant that I actually own some workout videos, and have watched most of them at least once. I am now in the process of thinking about actually excercising along with one of them. When I say thinking about it- I just meant I know it would be a good idea.
