My aunt had belonged to one by her home and the filed banko ... she lost the money. She did consult an attorney and they told her by the time she filed all necessary paperwork, paid the attorney she would end up paying out more. He told her to cut her loses...shes doing WW now.

Thats terrible they can keep the money and close up and not a refund. i do ww, but i had a friend do LA weight loss about 5 yrs ago and she lost alot of weight on it.
