Yesterday: 1 hour group jump class -- outside! -- with Moon.
Tonight: 1 hour intense spin. Pushed hard to beat stress. HRM said I burned 448 calories, which is a lot for me.

Wed- 30 mins bike + 30 min walk
Thurs- 30 min walk
Friday- 30 min walk
Sat- 60 mins bike
Sun- 30 min bike ride outside (8km) + 30 min walk

18 holes very sloooow golf today. Was a little bit chilly, but I played pretty darn well for my first outing of the year. 2 pars on the back. Shot a 104. Saw six deer foraging in the woods while waiting on #13 tee. A fun day.

Saturday: 1 hour group jump class in the morning. Got to do some very fun jumping and my pony was amazing.
Tonight: 1 hour spinning. My bike seemed "sticky" and tough to pedal smoothly. Class was very full or I might have switched. Don't think I got the best workout but I definitely worked.

Wed- 60 min Zumba +20 mins treadmill
