Well, I'm constantly on a DT "hiatus", but I wanted to check in. I'm pregnant with baby #2 and hoping this is as healthy as my first pregnancy. So far, I'm barely able to eat from nausea and I'm on Zofran to get me through the day. I was in the hospital on Monday for dehydration and needed an IV drip to get my fluids back up.
I'm kinda afraid I'm going to go crazy with my eating once this nausea subsides. I don't even like food right now, but once my appetite is back I'm going to want to have everything I've been missing out on. Any advice for keeping it under control? I'm thinking maybe once a week or something I can have just whatever rather than worrying about what I eat, within reason of course since there are things I can't eat while pregnant. When I was pregnant with my daughter I think I had 2 weeks or so where I just enjoyed eating again and then I went on a health kick only eating fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean protein.
Anyway, mostly I just wanted to check in.
